The main focus of the Marketing Co-ordinator role is to work with internal and external customers and suppliers to centrally develop and manage a wide range of print production, direct marketing and general marketing communications projects.
This can range from the print production of simple, operationally essential stationery to the more complex scheduling, execution and delivery of direct mail campaigns and print production projects briefed by our clients and their creative agencies. Previous experience of sourcing suppliers and delivering such projects is essential preferably within a financial services environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside Co-workers in the Marketing Communications Team and within other areas of the business to set up and deliver other marketing initiatives through cardholder statements and welcome packs as well as the preparation of retail point of sale material with both our business partners and their creative agencies. Good communications skills are therefore essential along with the ability to work on one`s own initiative within a predefined budget.
Skills:
• At least 3 years Print Production and Direct Marketing campaign production experience.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A high attention to detail
• The ability to work on one`s own initiative.
• A good team player.
• PC literate
• A strong finance or retail background is desirable but not essential.
A clean driving licence.
